Cancelation Policy

50% deposit required at booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on day of charter. We will offer a full refund for cancellations 14 or more days before the date of charter. There are no refunds within 14 days of the charter. We reserve the right to cancel any charter due to unsafe weather conditions, in which case you may choose to reschedule or be refunded in full.
